ya was watching the news and couldnt believe my eyes. the news anchors here in l.a. either didnt watch the video or werent allowed to say he did it on purpose but that shit was deliberate.

they were doing the right thing just following. had the chopper up, would have followed him with the chopper until he ran out of gas or gave up. it was that fucking moron who decided to commit suicide.

cops did nothing wrong, its all there on tape. now had the video shown that they tried to pull that tactic where they spin the car out, and then caused the accident killing the other driver thats a diff story. cops didn't do shit in this case.

there no transfered liability there.

Both drivers are dead, which is no surprise in such a high speed head on crash, but it looked to me like white car sustained much more severe damage than the Nissan Altima.

I'm not 100&#37; sure it was deliberate, he seems to wander sideways at a fairly consistent angle/rate rather than making constant adjustments to get the best impact.

Regardless, I feel for the person in that car, whose last moments must have been absolutely terrifying, and their family and friends who know that the video shows the events that lead to the death of their loved one.

It's been a while but I remember something about transfer of momentum from physics, given two equal objects colliding the one travelling faster will sustain less damage........ or something like that.

One had nothing to lose, the other one had no idea he was about to lose everything. very sad.

amazing to me that the white car didn't make some sort of evasive move.... granted it was only a few seconds notice... but they kept straight on.... I would have swerved or something at least.

He was likely watching all the police cars wondering what was going on. Probably didn't realize they were chasing the other car.
