8-10 hours a day

I don't get enough quality sleep, I'm always tired. I'm a very light sleeper, unless I'm super tired the slightest thing wakes me. I get disturbed every morning at 7am when my daughter wakes up. :(

When my wife and 2 kids went out of town, i slept at around 9 in the evening and wake up at around 2 in the afternoon. total of 17 hours!(room is pitch black) :1orglaugh

But not tonight... I just shot content and i awake for the past 30 hours :Oh crap:Oh crap

I need ~9.5 hours of sleep a day. When I hit the gym even ~1 hour more.

But sleep is essential, and the amount you need is fixed in your genes. Sleeping much has nothing to do with laziness IMHO.

Should i try to stay up now or go to sleep? If I go to sleep it will fuck up my schedule and I don't want that at all, but everytime I try to stay up I get so tired and I never make it, I always fall asleep. What should I do?

Around 10 hours normally. I just get pissed off when i don't get enough sleep...

I slept 18 hours yesterday :| But I usually sleep 6-7hrs and 10hrs on weekends.

the longest was 18 hours once when I had holidays.

2-4h daily last year or so ... cant wait till all those finishing project will be done ... ;)
