Well I can sue you for no reason tomorrow. Companies can sue John Doe based on IP address. The question is what are you getting in return? Privacy in Hong Kong is probably different from what you used to. I’m not trying to decoupage your efforts, knock yourself out, but there are reasons why most successful and vicious spammers live in countries like Hong Kong, Russia, the Ukraine..

And AFF is making money off of the people who are involved with illegal activities. Why not sure AFF too. It is their only sponsor.

You most likely won't be able to do shit if he's in China. Therefore I'd target his sponsors (which there is legal precedence for) and potentially the processor and hosts.

Don't think that would work BUT, as far as I know pornography is illegal in China.. think from the other end - theoretically they could get busted by the Chinese government (if they really are in Hong Kong)

In other industries I have worked in we have lobbyist who try and get laws changed to protect our interests. Has anyone thought about something like that or contributing to the ones that the regular movie and music industry have?
