The house passed the bill to Acknowledge this terrible act by Turkey back in 1915. The White House does not want to approve this bill to acknowledge because we use Turkey's Airspace for the figh in Iraq.. That's Bullshit.. Fuck The White House and Bush...

Gary, what I say is not hate - as I have some good friends in the armenian community.

However, Armenia does nothing for the US. Turkey on the other hand basically opened its borders for any use the US military wants. Therefore Turkey = better ally than Armenia. The US is Imperialist, therefore the interests of the military come first.

The whitehouse doesn't care if it was genocide or not. They just want to continue having unrestricted access to Turkey for the war of terror.

Armenia is not going to be granted the acknowledgment of genocide because Bush put us at war with Iraq; a country we should have never been at war with. And now, because of this selfish reason, he refuses to acknowledge the genocide so he dosnt lose turkey as a buddy in the efforts to free Iraq :2 cents::2 cents:

Relationship with Turkey to stay good or not, it is like Ahmadinejad claiming the Jewish genocide did not take place.

It is plain wrong not to acknowledge it happened and an embarrassment that the Bush government is rejecting it just to "save a relationship" in order to (ab)use Turkey as a deployment place for their (and this is where I think you were right...) WAR OF TERROR.

I really hope the resolution goes all the way through, and if it does and the US/Turkish relationship does indeed goes bad - well, we should pull out of Iraq anyways so maybe it even speeds up the process if Turkey throws us out. That would be a good thing IMHO.
