What the fuck am I supposed to do with THIS BULLSHIT!

http://www.asswatcher.com/grafx/bullshit/ibill.jpg

Ibill has been fucking up, and fucking up, and fucking up! With totally no regard for the webmaster at all!

Its like dammit man, I know better but still havent switched companies because of the "hassle" involved. :(

..... plus I think having quiets last monthly statement as my motivational screen saver has something to do with the reluctancy to switch to.

Fuckin Ibill :321GFY

boldy 09-05-2002 07:38 AM

TDF 09-05-2002 07:44 AM

Rochard 09-05-2002 08:28 AM

I think IBill should change it's name to "IFuck".

SR 09-05-2002 08:29 AM

I had one week without problems
and now the blow it again.
processing behind plus rebills behind.
Plus they have the worst support.
E-mail them and be sure your e-mail will get lost in cyberspace.

I give them 1 or 2 more years
They'll get trouble with processing "illegal" sites plus nobody will let them get away with not paying for the web900

I don't think so wouncie...

AcidMax 09-05-2002 03:38 PM

I switched from I-Bill last week after dealing with their incompetent support and lack of follow-up. I am even removing the I-Bill module from my billing / member management software. I wrote a new CC Bill module for it in less than an hour and was up and live and working processing with CC Bill which so far has not only made me more money, but they actually process credit cards for me and support is at least competent.

John, how bout fixing the detailed revenue FIRST, why do we have to suffer as customers. Ya'll extorting 25% from us OFF TOP and don't give a damn about us. Instead of sarcastic replies on the message board why don't you put some of that energy and address the web900 money ya'll stole from us. I don't recall seeing you reply to that thread Slugger:321GFY

This is by far the biggest problem with Ibill...Far more so than any other issue.

There are too many declines and arbitrary membership cancellations. I am beginning to think they cancel accounts after a few months just because their algorithm says the probability of a chargeback increases if a member stays on for more than 3 months.

It is a daily occurance that we get an email from a client saying they never cancelled, but they no longer have access.

Moving to another processor is easy if you have a small site, it is impossible if you have more than 1k members. Sigh.

now did you get that affiliate program open yet?

pentae 09-05-2002 06:08 PM

I think its very cool that a very large company like iBill have the balls and the commitment to reply to a hostile and immature thread like this one, in an attempt to make it clearer for those of us who clearly have no fucking clue.

BVF 09-05-2002 06:24 PM

a 10% holdback every week? with a 15% fee? That's craziness

The only reason that I didn't go with Ibill when I first started was because it was easier to setup with CCbill. I'm glad that shit happened.

14.5% fee and 5% holdback = 19.5% which is a BIG difference from 25%. And that isn't even including the money that goes to the affiliates every week.

Even though you're getting your holdback refunded, that extra 0.5% every week extra that Ibill is charging has to add up like a muthafucka.

thank God I never got mixed up with Ibill

Wouldnt suprise me. People often forget that iBill where around first. They are much bigger and have a lot more history and experience than all the new blood.

Why doesn't iBill realize that all they need is a BETTER SYSTEM. You guys have like how many customers? How many offices? Yet your website is in pieces. That's your fucking MONEY MACHINE!!!Lose that and you lose profits. Profits are supposed to go UP. By GAINING customers. You are LOSING customers. You are poisoning your own drinking water.

I honestly think our website is more functional than yours, and we're a couple kids with highschool educations. Shame on you. People in here rely on you, you are like their bank. If you went to your bank looking for YOUR money and they said "Talk to our legal team" how the fuck would you feel? Hire a leader with some passion and customer service ideas I say, someone needs to lay the fat fist down.

LOL. If only you knew how far off base that comment was. And it ain't about sending 1 join or 1,000 joins. It's about respect and them providing a service to clients - period! There's principalities involved here Smokey!

Did you pull those numbers out of your ass? If you knew anything about Ibill you would know that they and anybody who represents them gets NO respect.

My advice to you is to choose CCBILL. I'm being nice to you even though you've made it clear that you're little more than a choda licker.

"Even if I knew anything about ibill" .. lol, this is the company that made guys like me very very wealthy. You don't even know who your talking to, so sit the fuck down!

iBill have ALWAYS been the biggest merchant on the entire internet, and while we're making personal assumptions, they have been billing before you where even in this industry.

Any two-bit kid with a scrap of HTML he found in his ass can hook up a CCBill page, which is why their scrub list is enormous. I have used BOTH of these companies for extensive periods of time. And all I learnt was CCBill was a lot more unreliable, and got me 35% less signups.

Why should I respect you? You don't send me 6 figure wires every 2 weeks that you could set your watch by! Credit given where credits due, they've had their share of screwups.

We're looking at websitebilling.com as an alternative to ibill, but at this point my techs are still testing the variance in sales figures for each merchant.
