heh, just kidding. I'm not sure, but I agree that everyone and their sister have a blog now, but almost all of them are horrible splogs that aren't really competetion to real, good, natural, blogs.

would you consider that the next big thing is already happening and is user submitted sites? whatever you call it - sites where users build the content of the site. I know this has always been around as a concept & file sharing has been around forever, but sites like utube and forums where people submit pics & videos have boomed in the last year & a lot of advertising dollars are moving in that direction.

I think its not only about the toys and stuff, but interactivity. Like datingsites today, any other non-adult communities or IRL, people want to be social and explore one way or another, either each other or some jellyfish :)

I can't wait for this industry to fall on its face. Hardly a person in it knows how to run a real business. Giving away the shit they do, pure comedy. The only thing most of you are running, is this industry into the ground.

If you want to know what the hottest next trend is besides that.. it will be something involving more content theft and torrent style sites. Everyone steals from everyone, and gives it all away for free.

I've been hearing rumors of this new technology called "High speed" internet. Something about running via your cable tv lines. Not sure on the details but pretty sure that we'll see video content really become a highly sought after form of pornography online. That is, if it ever becomes commonplace doubt it'll happen but whatever...

Nothing. I have a feeling President Bush will sign some kind of law the last week he is President banning all internet porn sites. You know how Presidents do those last minute things before they leave office? They get whatever they can done in that last week before they leave. This will be one of them.
