I sent a collection guy after him and made contact, so he knows im not messing around, in about 2 weeks, his 30 days is up and the suit and collections guy will be a full court press. litterally.

when you have a legal binding contract and have his contact information, you must assume its a legit deal as i did.

aparantly he owes 3 programs and 2 private people for the same scam.

you have a long long way to go to put anybody in jail in the state of CA

first off to get your hands on his money by legal mean you will have to sue him in civil court. from experiance it will cost you aprox 5k

then you need to file a lein against said asset. then you will have to wait for him to try and sell the asset before you can attempt to get your hands on the proceeds.

to "file criminal" charges you are going to have to convince the DA that his breach of contract was intentional. not very likley that you will have enuff evidence to convince a DA of that.

then you wait to collect


as for criminal charges, I have mutplie pieces of proof and signed affidavids that they paid for services never rendered. thats conspiracy, wire fraud, theft of service and few more i cant think of atm./
