Should I take the million or partnership
 

My site may be bought for one million dollars or the Investor will take it over and I will lose control. I am not certain what to do.

What would you do sell or let the Investors tell you what to do?

Sell the site and make another one. It doesn't seem to hard. You can start over and make the site you hope sexsentry will become, plus you'll have a million bucks in your pocket. Not too shabby. You said in a thread sometime ago that you run an AVS but do not talk business on these boards, if I am wrong I am sorry, but with whom I am taking business with is only concerned with the site name and potential and current revenues are not at issue.

I have spoken to many Investors and none have followed through, so I am not jazzed until it actually happens, as talk is cheap.

Chances are it's some loser throwing out figures he'll never be able to come up with if you agreed to sell.

I said I have talked to Investors and they know my asking price and no deals have been set in stone, so if I lie or tell the truth or just dreaming, why do you care? I only posed the question and I am not lying about talking to Investors, I just not agreed on price, but I can still ask what I want, or is that a sin if not realistic?

i can have a better up with less than $15k including everything from professional graphics,software and 3 times the sites listed within a 2 months period. Obviously, neither you found the ultimate fool to sell it which you call an investor or someone is joking you. I really doubt that the currently people in the internet business independent if they are adult or mainstream would ever spend $1mil for something like that. Enlighten us.
