Do you guys think Britney Spears...

will be on top of her game again.
I am predicting that her album will sell millions again and she will be on top of the world again in Music.

Even after all she has gone through, that is my prediction.

What's your thoughts???

BusterBunny 05-02-2007 01:32 PM

people still buy michael jackson's shit i'm sure she will be fine....

madawgz 05-02-2007 01:33 PM

yeah she will sell again...for sure

Jimmy Rock 05-02-2007 01:36 PM

Have to disagree, damage is done..although most perfermors have the abilty to make a come back, but usually they have talent to back them up. She has been outed way to many times for having no talent, and her demograhic sales have always been to 12-17 year olds, and persoanlly I don't think the folkes are going to be spending any money on her for their kids or taking them to her shows

candyflip 05-02-2007 01:40 PM

She might have some success, but it won't be anything like she's had in the past.

bobby666 05-02-2007 01:42 PM

yes after i have fucked her, maybe

teg0 05-02-2007 01:46 PM

Shes not hot without a photoshop. She might score some pop hits again, but her sex icon days are over.

ADL Josh 05-02-2007 01:54 PM

as long as her personal mistakes didn't affect her music..i think it'll still sell.

Britney did her first live concert in 3 years last night at the House of Blues in San Diego, and apparently she only lip-synched for 20 minutes :disgust :

Quote:

Most fans at Britney Spears' secret gig last night in San Diego were disappointed by the 20-minute show, but one guy sure wasn't.

While lip-syncing through "Breathe on Me", a sparkly bra-clad Britney pulled an unidentified man up from the audience and proceeded to dance around him with four other ladies.

It was the teen idol's first show in nearly three years, held at San Diego's House of Blues nightclub and billed as a concert by an unknown band called the M&Ms.

Spears lip-synced her way through a handful of her most popular hits in front of a few hundred revellers, local media reports said.

The impromptu concert came after a tumultuous several months that saw Spears give birth to her second child, file for divorce, and bizarrely shave her head before checking into a rehab clinic.

The comeback show received mixed reviews from those among the audience who had reportedly shelled out up to 500 dollars on the black market for 35-dollar tickets to the show.

"It wasn't a good move for her career," ticket-holder Mackenzie Trimble told the San Diego Tribune. "When you come out and do four songs and lip-sync ... that's not what Britney fans came to see."
I would say her 15...no, 20 minutes of lip-synch fame is up.

Nonetheless, she is contractually obligated to keep releasing albums of pabulum for the pre-pube crowd, so the show will go on even if her earning power declines.

Agreed, the key is to be popular bad or good if you are in everyones head then you will always be huge.

Really? I don't think so... I would never compare Jacko's hits to Britney songs...and what about his voice people? That man really can sing, not to mention the way he can dance...

Please do not compare them...different, very different levels...

I think she will be fine. Look at Robert Downey Jr. That guy was more fucked up then her and he made a comeback. She will have to make a major change to her image, but I have seen plenty of people make comebacks.

She can look terrible some days, yet when she gets done up, she can look great the next. The wonders of make-up ! :upsidedow

Semi-Retired-Dave 05-02-2007 03:30 PM

I have never really cared for her looks, but I know, I can just feel it. She'll be back Strong and Justin will be back in her arms..LOL.

The Duck 05-02-2007 03:31 PM

as long as shes got the media behind her, she will sell.

sinclair 05-02-2007 03:34 PM

of course. there are way too many people that make way too much money creating popstars and rockstars for the masses that consume it.

He is also very talented. Britney on the other had is manufactured and in the past few months has fired EVERYONE who had part in making her career what it was. When she fails, she'll have no one to blame but herself.

Spunky 05-02-2007 05:19 PM

All depends on the hits..she could climb back or fail miserably

toddy1999 05-02-2007 05:19 PM

Yep, she will, sooner or later

Worried 05-02-2007 05:26 PM

Her tour bus got pulled over by a cop driving to San Diego last night
http://x17online.com/celebrities/bri...way_to_hob.php

Tonight she will be performing in Anaheim In SoCal.

It's just a small show after not having performed over 3 years. She is slowly getting back into it.

The difference, as others have mentioned, is that RD Jr is tremendously talented. Possibly even moreso when he was "more fucked up".

sniperwolf 05-02-2007 06:50 PM

well, definitely she will sell again..she will always be the britney that people used to love before..

To say that she has no talent is incorrect. She may not be the best singer, but she does have talent. You also do not know if she will fail or not, so it is wrong to just assume she will.

He may be talented but he did a hell of a lot worse stuff then she did. If he can make a comeback after all that he went through, I think anyone can. People are forgiving when it comes to rehab and mental issues.

Swish 05-02-2007 10:49 PM
