Starting to shoot porn in Louisiana
 

Hello everyone,

I need some information on where I can find out if its legal to shoot porn in Louisiana. If anyone can point me in the right direction that would be great. I have two models ready to shoot but I do not want to violate laws in the dark.....I would rather know the laws I am breaking to outwit or have a chance against them.

Also if BoyAlley could get in touch with me that would be great seeing I am breaking into his territory!

The only place in the U.S. where we know it's 100% legal is in California. We know this because the state supreme court in California ruled that porn actors are not prostitutes.

There isn't any real case law regarding this in other states (that I'm aware of) so if you shoot outside of California you're taking a risk.

the closeddoors part is porn yes but will be seperate from louisianaguys....
working on getting a seperate domain for it

its a grey area at best but if you are quiet about it,dont piss anyone off and pick a town that has porn,strip clubs,escorts etc. you have less risk.If your that worried a lawyer is your best to choice to talk to.

Basically comes down to whether the parish court decides if the material is obscene or not first before they can go the route of getting you for production - but a lawyer will tell you that it is different in every parish

so basically if its not in public view or in a public place then its a gray area of sorts that last website is helpful

He's right! I'm from Louisiana and it does depend on the parish. For instance, DeSoto parish might not think it's obscene but Plaquemines does. Best to consult a lawyer in your parish.

Also, as you know, gays in Louisiana are usually ran out of the state or at least down to New Orleans by the Clan along with n*ggers, spics, and the Jews! I fall into one or a couple of those categories. That's why I live in Texas now! LOL! :thumbsup
