I was 6 and have no fucking idea what I was doing. |
I'm not sure exactly....but I have a feeling that Dan Cortez, Bill Bellamy, and Eric Nies were a much larger part of my MTV viewing life.
Back in the days when they played *some* music :1orglaugh |

Whenever anybody plays even one line of that song I am instantly transported to sitting on the school bus in my junior year of high school waiting for people to get on so we can get home. For a month or so it was all the kids in the back sang.

I had this Wave setup on the beach in Daytona during the big heyday of MTV being there for spring break. It was right next to the big stage and I let people stand on the surfboard with my girls and charged them $5 for a polaroid. MTV used us for several intros to their shows like "Yo MTV Raps" with Ed lover. Made money all day long and then partied all night. It was a pretty wild time.
We had all the big artists of the day playing on stage behind us and one of them was Naughty by Nature singing O.P.P.:thumbsup http://www.thewoop.com/public_html/p...mages/sb03.jpg http://www.thewoop.com/public_html/p...ages/sb010.jpg http://www.thewoop.com/public_html/p...mages/sb09.jpg |
