just because she refused to serve him.. gee i wonder why..

aico 03-22-2007 02:23 AM

looked like he was holding his badge up..

I would like to think i would have helped , but i prob would have ended up shot.. even if he was obviously drunk.. he is about my size but that badge makes a world of difference, it means he can basically kill you on the spot and likely go scott free

SmokeyTheBear 03-22-2007 02:35 AM

kudos to the old dude that eventually did step in

sicone 03-22-2007 02:37 AM

damn.

Was he flexing his muscles for the first half of the video

CDSmith 03-22-2007 03:22 AM

Well, all I can say is I hope she pressed charges, hopefully he loses his badge over it.

Then she should move far away. Chances are his cop buddies won't like her ratting him out no matter how much of an asshole he is/was. They'll bring up every excuse for him in court, all the "tough times" he's going through, etc.

Maybe she'll buy a gun, and when he tries to come around her again she'll end him.

I could be wrong. :D

WiredGuy 03-22-2007 03:27 AM

Damn, that guy is a cop? I hope she sues his ass, he deserves to be taken to the cleaners no matter what she may have said to provoke him (if she did).
WG

kane 03-22-2007 03:38 AM

I wish there were sound on the video. It looks like she wasn't hurt to bad, luckily because that guy was throwing some big punches. hopefully he loses his ass over this. Anyone that can't control himself better than this should not be a cop.

gangbangjoe 03-22-2007 03:42 AM

what an assclown

go find someone your size asshole

More likely it will be the police union that helps him keep his job. One of my buddies that is a cop had another cop in his department lie on a report because he lost some evidence. The lie was found out and he even eventually admitted the lie. The district attorney had to throw out every case that was still pending where that guy had any involvement because there is no telling what else he may have lied on. The DA also said he will never accept another case with this guy's name on it. He was fired and everyone in the department was happy. The union took them to court and got an arbitrator to agree that firing him was too stiff a penalty. So now the guy is back on the job. The problem is he can't do anything. He can't make traffic stops or arrests of any type so basically all he is okay to do is sit and answer the phones. It's sad.

Sexsitesurfer 03-22-2007 04:05 AM

So wrong.

Drunk assholes are even worse than sober ones. If he doesn't lose his badge it is a travesty of justice!

Phoenix 03-22-2007 06:38 AM

whata bunch of crap.

that guy should be put in jail...lose his badge and get his ass handed to him whenever any cop sees him again...thats just one reason cops have no honour or respect anymore.

Beat a woman like a dog...especially on camera and y ou should get what is coming to you...a fuckin steel pipe in the head from all your fag cop buddies

Jman 03-22-2007 06:44 AM

HillBilly Cops with to much intake of alcohol... Sad

skinnay 03-22-2007 06:49 AM

holy fucking shit thats fucked up

Brooke Anderson 03-22-2007 07:15 AM

Is it just me, or is the bartender kinda hot?

I have met very few police officers I find to be upstanding people. I don't judge them all that way, but most around here are just like that guy. Power hungry.

SxDx 03-22-2007 07:24 AM

cops are the best, most ethical people on the planet. you guys didn't know that? they ALL think they're above the law...pricks.

nice to see the bouncers doing their jobs too

BlackCrayon 03-22-2007 07:25 AM

i would of liked to come up behind him with a baseball bat and cracked his melon.

Phoenix 03-22-2007 07:26 AM

id like to see this video plastered everywhere especially on sites relating to whichever town it came from.

lets make it the viral movie of the year.
someone can add text when the cop draws back his fist. " 250 lb cop vs 110lb blonde girl" then when he knees her in the face and kicks her in the head...more text

find out his name and put it in there...this asshole will be out of a job in no time

i will pay someone 100 bucks right now to do that

Azoy? 03-22-2007 07:35 AM

i just saw the video again and i think she got him once or twice in his balls
he also looks like he was a truck driver not a cop.
what as ass picking on someone smaller then him.
this is the type of guy who gives cops a bad name.
there was another story of two cops helping someone get out of a burning car. those are cops, he was just an asshole that needs to be fucked in jail by some huge guy who will make him his bitch

RFremont 03-22-2007 07:36 AM

Wow, that was deeply disturbing.

Nice offer Pheonix.

I guess she could be attractive but not something that you really go after. Well not my type but I guess some can see her attractive.
The cop should have electric cables hooked up to his balls and 220 volts shot through it every time his brain waves show anger. That will be pretty good rehab for him.

bausch 03-22-2007 07:54 AM

I read that there is a longer version of the video that showed the cop first hitting a patron on a cell and that the bartender helped to protect the customer, that's the why the cop got so mad.

From
http://www.suntimes.com/news/brown/3...rown22.article

"If you haven't seen the long version of the video, then you probably didn't even realize that the drunken cop, Anthony Abbate, appeared to be on his way to hit the cell phone guy with a chair when the bartender stepped in to protect him. It was only when she knocked Abbate off balance, causing him to slip and crash into the bar that he turned his anger directly on her.

That's right. She took a beating because she was looking out for cell phone guy. But he made no move to help her during the roughly 30 seconds it took for her to get to her feet and before some older guys came around the bar to try to back him off."

Also, I learned in psychologly class a few years ago that most people will not step in to help strangers even if they are being murdered. There were cases documented of a woman being stabbed to death out in the open and no one helped because they thought it was a domestic disturbance and didn't want to get involved, especially in big cities where there is more disconnect and people don't feel close to each other...

Im from Parry Sound..and i would have taken this as in invite to beat the living shit out of some useless twat and get to do some free violence.

you know all those times when the blood surges to your head and you want to do something..but you cant because of the laws of society. So you smile, and the person offending you doesnt even know you were thinking about breaking their arm or punching them in the throat.

Well in this case, you could get away with it.....well as long as you left town...as you dont want to be the guy beating down a cop..even if he deserves it.lol

Just like I said...

Abbate's lawyer, William Fahey, did not return calls seeking comment. He told the Chicago Tribune that his client had completed a substance abuse treatment program and had never been disciplined since joining the police department in 1994.
..here come the excuses. His buddies on the force and his lawyer will trot out every "poor him" story in the book to make the judge go easier on him. Typical.

Unless he was ON DUTY, they wont touch it, and if he was ON DUTY, he is fucked. If he was OFF, then he might be able to keep his job.

CDSmith 03-22-2007 10:28 AM

You know guys, not that it matters how hot she is, but she's not that bad looking. And at 3 am and you're sitting there drunk and no one to go home with, I bet most if not all of you would make the move.

But again, I have no fucking idea why it matters how hot she is (or isn't).

porno jew 03-22-2007 10:34 AM

why am i not surprised? fucking ape.

and that there is why I live in a state that permits me to carry my weapon CCW at all times... if there were a citizen in the bar at the time who was packing CCW and did happen to shoot the cop he is justified in shooting the cop... fear of your life does not mean the bad guy has to have a gun remember that... in america you can shoot an asshole like that... on another note.. now lets switch sides... what did the woman say that set him off? I say they both need to chalk it up to experience.. she learns not to run her mouth he learns not to freak the fuck out... myself I would have shot the dood and asked questions later.. all you see is a guy beating a woman like bad... and thats a bad beating.. thats not a "watch yer mouth beating" I've givin many of those and they did not look like that on the chicks.... so ... that is why we need more trained citizens on the streets with handguns... good example plain and simple

from the article i read it said she had refused him alcohol ( this is the law , bartenders are required to cut you off after 3 drinks per hour ) , he argued about it , someone tried to step in , dude chased him , she protected him , then he went apeshit at her for protecting cell phone dude

It's called the bystander effect and that case you are talking about happened in new york, the lady was running past people screaming, as a guy was chasing her with a knife, eventually something like 30 people watched her get murdered.

Yes, this the exact same case I was referring about. I forgot the full name but I remeber it was something that happened way long ago, and her name was Kitty something...
