I've put on 15 in the last year, but I'm working it off right now so it's all good. If you slip up just a little bit everything can come crashing down and I don't want to look like I did again.

nice brad, I was at 245 and dropped down to 172. Since I got married and moved into our new house and all that I've gained 13 lbs back but I've been losing a little bit at a time getting back down.

damn dude that's one hell of a weight drop. how long did that take? I'm on month 5 and I've lost 23lbs of fat and dropped my BF from 29% to about 19-20%

It took over a year. The last 20lbs were the hardest.

of course it is ... who wants to be with someone who can't handle you improving yourself?
