the tour looks like its geared toward a fetish site, then i look at the content and it looks more like shes just a regular hot chick. i'm not really felling the movie player thing around the pics and i would use a better pic selection and bigger pictures. i dont really like the color scheme either.

The only other thing... is that it seems like you're trying to play up the the dominatix / bdsm thing with the header logo image and the image below it with her licking her lip as well as the domain name.... However the bulk of the content doesn't really fit the ideas that I get when i hear the word "lair" ... with the content I see ... I would consider re-designing the site and moving away from the dark / gothic / bdsm style to something more slutty model / dirty pornstar / girl you wish you could fuck - design.
