I think I have a ghost in the house...

or someone is doing some seriously fucking around with me.

Over the last couple of weeks I have had some strange goings on here...I have gone into two seperate bathrooms in the house and found water running...doorbell rang got to the door in about 15 seconds and no one there...neighbor is coming around the corner in her car at the same time.

Now I live in a cul-de-sac and there is no way they could get out on foot, and there were no cars leaving...and the front door was unlocked when I got there...and the neighbor didn't see anyone leaving.

Okay, now here is where it gets really...really weird.

I was out all day yesterday and left my dog at home. My dog is part maltese, part poodle and his legs are about the length of coffee cup.

I get home, and I'm calling him and he's not responding. Normally I shut all the doors to every room so he won't wonder around the house...with the exception of mine.

Now I'm getting really worried about my dog...so I go to my bedroom and thhere's my dog sitting on the bed.

My bed is big...and high. Well over 3 feet high. I am not going to say there is no way EVER that this dog could jump up on this bed...but it is extremely unlikely...I forgot to mention. My dog is 13 years old and isn't that strong anymore. Hell he can't even jump onto the couch which is almost half as high as my bed.

Everyone who has a key to this house is out of town...literally 1,000's of miles away...if you were to see my dog and my bed you would say to yourself...there's absolutely no fucking way he jumped up there...however he was up there when I got home.

hm sounds strange.... keep us updated

Ask him (your dog) what happened. Jokes aside, occurances like this can be disturbing when there's no obvious causes. We have the ghost of a young boy here, I've seen him quite afew times, my partner has two, though she never mentioned it until brought it up. He always like to tip our laundry baskets over, once, right in front of my son and I just after we'd finished picking it all up for the second time.
So long as you don't feel threatened, I wouldn't worry, most stuff like this goes away in time.

Why don't you film the ghost you're seeing? The video would be worth millions of dollars if it is obvious that it is legit.... There has never ever been a supernatural event recorded on film, so you can be the first...

Personally, I have never seen a ghost, so I don't think they are real, but if you seen it quite a few times... please show - it would change my whole outlook on life.

If this happened to me... I would probably be ultra-aware of everything happening and keep notes. You could have a home intruder or something very dangerous... I'd keep everything locked down and take notes to everything happening.

Also, I wouldn't even think it was a ghost. I'd think I was in danger and take precautions, something you should do if you're smart.

On every occasion I have searched the house thoroughly...it's a fairly large house and honestly someone could be living on the other side while my roommate is away and I wouldn't know it if they were being pretty quiet.

MetaMan 02-11-2007 01:42 PM

If your anal cavatiy is still in check i would not worry to much about it.

Yep, better keep it locked down; it sounds like a dangerous situation. I'd be worried. :(

Damian_Maxcash 02-11-2007 01:43 PM

I would love to see a real ghost (in someones elses house preferably)

It would be proof that something exists after we snuff it - Then I could be less worried about dieing.

I've tried taking pics in the hallway where it seems to like to be the most, with no results. I'll keep trying. I doubt anything like that would be worth anything though. There are plenty of vids around already, mostly bogus, but some harder to explain. I doubt anyone's ever got rich over them.

I feel the same way, it would be a great thing to witness, but I know it won't ever happen. :upsidedow

Well, to be worth something it would have to be undoubtedly a ghost in the video.

I see where you're coming from though.. with all the fakes and shit it would be hard to get something legit out there even if yours was real. Do you care to explain what the ghost looked like though and what it did or does when you see it...?

tranza 02-11-2007 01:56 PM

Yep, seems like ghost problems indeed...

craigant01 02-11-2007 01:59 PM

Take a picture of your dog on the bed and post plz.

You need to find a whole different kind of site for 'that' sort of thing......

aico 02-11-2007 02:03 PM

If my pugs can jump on my bed, I am sure your dog can get up on yours.

Can't explain the water, but once my neighbor had the same door bell frequency, so when ever someone rang one of our bells it would also ring his or mine. Took me for ever to figure that one out.

It looks like a young boy...9 maybe 10 years old and he's blonde (our kids are dar haired). Not a complete full figured apparation, just see it from the waist up. Completely see through, almost like a line drawing, but of a purplish, blue haziness (can't think of a better way to describe it). Usually you see it looking around corners or walking into one of the bedrooms off the hallway, only for a secong or two, but long enough to know you're not imagining it, though no one has seen it for some months now.
We have two dogs and they used to always bark at thin air, but again, haven't for some time. Of the four of us who live here, 2 have seen it independantly, one has seen the laundry tip over, though not the ghost itself, and the other seems oblivious to it.
There's no sinister feeling associated with it at all, so we don't feel uncomfortable at all.

Don't be so quick to assume...I have had this dog for 13 years and one thing he has never been able to do well is jump...also I don't know how high your bed mine is pretty high.

WarChild 02-11-2007 02:37 PM

It seems like kind of flawed logic to me to jump to an unsupported conclusion trying to explain an unexplained event. Some odd things may have happened, but it's a giant leap to just say it must be a ghost. It's not like you saw slimer hovering your dog around your house, is it?

Other fantastic explanations that must be given the same weight as any other in the absence of any evidence would be the Jesus levitated your dog, Aliens returned it from an anal probe to the top of the bed by mistake and mutant demon vampire children willed your dog to the top of the bed. Why stick with Ghost when you can choose from an entire myriad of crazy shit?

Interesting. Consider yourself lucky I guess; I don't believe in anything supernatural. Never seen anything, never heard any valid proof, so I must remain skeptical of anything beyond the powers of nature.

JohnnyE4A 02-11-2007 03:15 PM

I dunno ... but if your doorbell rings again and when you answer it there's a flaming paper bag on the porch ... STOMP ON IT!!

sickbeatz 02-11-2007 04:04 PM

Maybe it'll evolve into a poltergeist if you're lucky

Franck seems to be posting far less in recent 2 weeks or so

I guess he either got a girlfriend, or he decided to cut down GFY cause he realized he's addicted to it. Or maybe he vent on a vacation... Another possibility would be that he's busy working but I don't think he's the type who works 10+ hours daily...

BVF 02-11-2007 04:15 PM

I thoroughly believe that the white spot on this woman's back is an apparition...And there is no way that it was a spot on the lens as every other picture I took during that shoot was crystal clear...Anytime I slept on that couch, I would get a feeling that something was there right before I fell asleep...After awhile I would just say out loud, "Hello, and goodnight", and the presence went away..

Call the ghost busters :)

J.R. 02-11-2007 04:18 PM

The white spot stuff is true. My brother had some weird ORB that would float through his room at this ranch he rented a room from.

He eventually moved, the stress of this place was too much.

J.R. 02-11-2007 04:20 PM

On second look, isn't that the WHITE CREAM in the picture that
you rubbed on this models back...LOLLLLLol

evildick 02-11-2007 04:22 PM

Sounds more like an early case of Alzheimer's disease than a ghost.

:winkwink:
