Fucking Drama read here (2257 related)
ok so this joe francis thing has me kind of pissed... I just got off the phone with him to find out excatly what happend and now I am even more pissed...
OK so here is the situation he can't show ID's for al of his models so now he is on probation for 2 years and fined money yadda yadda but what gets me is no jail time? picture this.. if I had a girl that I was throat fucking all over the net.. dvd's ect ect.. and it came out she was say 17 and a half... I would go to jail right? From what all my attorneys say each 2257 that is wrong it's a felony right... so then asnswer me why is joe not in jail? and don't give me well he has the money.... the law is the law.... cause each and every one of you would be the first ones to come and hang me if I pissed all over some 17 year old.... but no one is bashing him? no one says what a piece of shit... maybe it's shit like that that is making it shitty for us.... I am sorry but Joe breaks all kind of rules when shooting that I can;t belive he gets away with..... girls being drunk.. underage.. ect ect.... stuff that I would never fuck with... so tell me now... shuold joe be in jail for shooting underage girls? personally I think yeah.. fair is fair.... |
He dident know she was 17 so no I don't think he sould go to jail but I hope he learned to make sure you get ID's next time. Personally I wont even fuck with a girl under 21 I feel like I would be taking advantage of them. just my :2 cents:

I remember watching a ggw movie a long time ago where the guy shooting the footage was standing by a car with 4 girls in it. The first 3 flash and the camera guy gives them a shirt. The last one asks, "what about me?" He asks her how old she is and she says, "17" then she flashes her tits and he gives her a shirt. I was a little shocked when I saw it. You would think that someone would have caught that and kept that footage out of the DVD.

In the same line of thinking, nobody that fucked Traci Lords when she was underaged has ever gone to jail... and there was a shitload of evidence to prove it happened, too. In truth i dont think the guy should be in jail , he did what every red blooded american college kid see's on spring break , he just recorded it for those who have never exp[erinced it themselves or want to remember.. On the other hand if we are all playing by the same book of rules then something is wrong here.. Do we want hard rules with no regard to context or bendable rules that people occasionally get railroaded .. ( assuming we cant have a perfect system lol ) In context what he did wasn't so bad.. but if the courts use that excuse they must also use the same rational when dealing with similar non-multimillionaire defendants , sadly this isnt the case. |
