someone steal my money from my epassporte account
 

Someone stole my money from my epassporte account and sent it to his paypal account.All that is happen for just one day(Saturday) they bought new visa electron card and even it shows that the status is matched and the money could be cashout from anywhere.

I would contact epass support asap, there is a small chance they may be able to recover some of the $$...

thats a paypal auth amount so he added your epass account to his paypal

that 7936 is the way auth code for your epass card to his paypal

I already told them about that.Scanned dispute document was sent to them.

call the stolen card number have it blocked, this guy can leech your account otherwise

search this board... someone posted a thread not too long ago about selling a domain to someone about 6 months ago that never got it and they were trying to find that person.

like Buster said, contact paypal right now and paste the paypal auth code and the 4 last digits of your epass virtual, theyll know what account it was used on, have it block immediately, if he withdraws money they he has a valid bankaccount on there with his name and address.

Make sure you block the REAL epasscard as well not just the virtual.

the password have been changed since few hours but the money are still in the paypal account or already withdraw from some ATM
btw i cann't speak with paypal customer center i have no account there

smart move yes - change it to something completely random, if you had your date of birth there or so think bout who would know your epass login and date of birth or so.

i'm not keep any epassporte user or passwords on my copmputer and i don't have any spyware and viruses, it's too weird for me too how could that happen.

well someone knows your virtual epass # and exp date and address, printed that file left it somewhere? maybe a maid or anyone else that comes into your house?

Anyhow make sure paypal knows and blocks that account, if he withdraw the money to his bankaccount yday then you can prolly still put a hold on the transfer.

Did you use your virtual visa to pay a bill online? Was the company a hosting company or other small company (not something big and corporate like Sony, Verizon, T-Mobile)?

Is your login/password the same as it is for any other account you have such as a MYSQL login to a DB, a hosting login, a sponsor login, etc....?

well you gotta block from your side so just make sure your virtual and epass card are both blocked

thats not gonna work - you can only dispute from your OWN account not for others sorry

I'm useing the virtual card to pay my hosting but that's all .. and it's entered on monthly cycle since 2-3 years.I don't use that password anywhere just for my epassporte account.I cann't even imagine how it could be happen.

only good thing is epass will send that new card to your address not to anyone elses
