Mom of 3 dies holding her pee for a Wii contest
 

Jennifer Strange, 28 year old mom of 3 kids dies in a "hold your wee for a Wii" radio station contest.

the goal was too drink water till one can't hold their bladder anymore.

Initially, contestants were handed 8-ounce bottles of water to drink every 15 minutes.

"They were small little half-pint bottles, so we thought it was going to be easy," said fellow contestant James Ybarra of Woodland. "They told us if you don't feel like you can do this, don't put your health at risk."

Ybarra said he quit after drinking five bottles. "My bladder couldn't handle it anymore," he added.

After he quit, he said, the remaining contestants, including Strange, were given even bigger bottles to drink.

"I was talking to her and she was a nice lady," Ybarra said. "She was telling me about her family and her three kids and how she was doing it for her kids."

I'm amazed at all the people who didn't know about water intoxication.

It's a good way to kill your baby too.
People who can't afford formula, water it down or only give the kid water and then it's all over.

it lowers the level of electrolytes so much that it disrupts normal brain functions. switch to gatorade and there wouldnt be a problem (unless your diabetic) =]

Sorry to hear that but it seems that the USA gov. has started some kind of "natural selection" national program like "have no brain? then die please". Just a few days ago I heard of 13-year (IMHO an old enough to have at least a part of brain in the head) boy who hang himself for death when playing the game "execution of Saddam" after looking the news. Another moron has killed himself on when crashed into the building on training plane trying to imitate 9/11 bombing (few years ago).

how much does it Wii sells for?

About 200+ bucks I think. I.e. it's sells almost for free already.
