NatNet is the best and I am very pleased with them in all areas....support tickets are answered within minutes and usually the job/request is closed out before they even reply

from what I remember they don't use icq...email and phone only...i might be wrong though

so how can i send my old invoice from my server? hehe dunno if they can match the price of that :P

If it's dedicated, we'll match it. Doesn't matter if it's managed or not. Of course, once you move it to US, it WILL be managed :)

Unfortunately, we do not use ICQ because we prefer not to trust our business to a third party application that occasionally has issues.

I am pretty quick on email though...hit me up at the email address on the specials page...

Because of the extremely special nature of this deal, there is a 1 year commitment, but you know us well enough to know that if you were EVER unhappy with our service, we would HELP you move to another host!

We have NEVER lost a customer due to service :)

Let me add that I'm not going to let a contract stand in the way of a deal. IF a 1 year commit is going to be a deal breaker, I'm positive that we can work something out that works for both of us...

I've never used NatNet, but I've been at this long enough to know that they are EXTREMELY good. Plus, they've been around for a long time so it's a safe bet. :)

dammit, I am so torn....I have spent months getting this unmanaged box that I have right now set up exactly how I love it and it runs so smooth....

i want to move to NatNet cause they are like 8 miles from me and Atlanta folks, but the thought of a server move just scares me

the page on your site says I have til Jan 17th, right? the issue is that I just paid for January on the box I have now, so I don't have overlapping bills and pay for two servers, can we do it later this month?

It's a price match. That means that whatever server you currently have, we match it. Whatever bandwidth plan you have, we match it. Whatever other services you may have, we match it should it be something we offer.

Upgrades are available also of course.
