Just got up for a glass of water... and have now been on here posting for an hour now and wish i could get back to sleep :(

Natural sleep pattern is 4 hours asleep, 2-3 awake, 4 hours sleep again. Total of ~8 hours sleep. Just get up and read or clean until you're sleepy again..
