Why do the Cali Police have such a hardon for my niqqa Snoop?

http://www.eonline.com/news/article/...1-c1675b6e405f

So they shut down all traffic leaving the Jay Leno show (for several hours) this meant Leno, & all of the guests were stuck on the studio lot, while they searched snoops car thoroughly. (found cocaine, & a false compartment in his car, & a weapon)

Not only that!

They searched his house......his friends houses, his friends cars (all over California) just for being associated with snoop.

What kind of fucked up nazi system allows these kind of bullshit search & seizure warrants, for everyone who knows a person......simply because that person got popped with weed & a collapsible baton.

word fuck the police yo

fucking popos

pr0 11-29-2006 11:28 AM

fucking no one heard about this out in cali?

Fresh 11-29-2006 12:07 PM

heard about it this morning. Its pretty fucked up. Burbank and its neighboring city Glendale have some fucked up, power trippin, nazi police. I mean really fucked up. Both cities have their own police departments (BPD and GPD) separate form the LAPD. and both suck some major asshole. :2 cents:

baddog 11-29-2006 12:08 PM

I believe it is called probable cause.

ztik 11-29-2006 12:11 PM

Why at this point of success in his life does he still feel the need to carry around coaine and illegal fire arms. He should leave the coke at home and hire a body gaurd that has a permit to carry fire arms.

He seams to be asking for trouble.

Martin 11-29-2006 12:17 PM

Because it's 1-8-7 on a motha fuckin cop yo.

It seems they really are right about you; you're indeed a predictable jackass.

Not that I give a shit about snoop dog, but civil rights violations I have a thing about.

ok so when one of your hosting customers gets hacked, & the hacker uses it to DDOS some asshole on IRC & they raid your house....raid your neighbors house, raid your barbers house, pull over your wife on the way back from the grocery store

don't cry....just call it probable cause

seeric 11-29-2006 01:36 PM

interracialtoons 11-29-2006 08:29 PM

greygoose 11-29-2006 08:42 PM

Both sides are pretty fucked up and dumb... The cops are going overboard and targeting him more then is prob deserved BUT ALSO he is not very smart knowing he has a target on his back to get popped with coke and guns.

The fact that he is out on bail pretty much nullifies any civil rights the average citizen might have.

so they had probable cause to think he has a weapon and drugs... got a legal warrant... perform a search... they find weapons and drugs (this is uh.... what??? the 10th time)

you're right. obviously just a nazi system. he was forced to have weapons and drugs again and again and again and again

Yeah, I am pretty sure that if you are out on bail you have about the same rights as someone on probation.

Kind of a null point since they had a search warrant though.

no....you have your day in court

you're innocent until proven guilty

but whatever, clearly you were beating up hippies in the 60's, & not smoking up with them :)

wedouglas 11-29-2006 09:57 PM

hmm let's see. He carries illegal firearms, cocaine, seen with gang members, has been arrested many times in the past. I see no reason why they shouldn't bust his ass and search all those places.

when you are on probation... you are at the mercy of the state and are required to comply with the terms of your sentence. innocent until proven guilty has nothing to do with being on probation for previous felonies

he wasn't on probation, he still hasn't had his day in court for the first offense

I am relatively sure that when released on bail . . . hold on, let me go find one of my old court docs

by "first offense" - i assume you mean "the most recent offense before this offense"

ok... i checked that and you are right. still... for all his offenses, he doesn't deserve any rights at all. its not like he is just some unlucky guy or something... he is a wanna be gangster, an idiot, felon and an asshole that makes ok music... nothing more.

baddog 11-29-2006 10:19 PM

I was going to refer you to PC 1318CA, but that doesn't pertain to felonies . . and I don't recall where that paperwork is.

okay, I don't really have the inclination to go look this stuff up, but as I recall . . . when you are out on bail you have about the same rights as if you were in custody as far as 4th Amendment rights are concerned.

I might be wrong, but you would have to provide a reliance . . . just cuz you said so isn't going to cut it.

the only right affected would be leaving the state
