I don't know if this sort of thing helps you to gain the interest of your affiliates or what, but it's not doing anything to turn me on. Just because I haven't sent you any traffic yet, doesn't mean I don't intend to. I don't appreciate getting emails like this, especially from what is supposed to at least come off as a legit business. I've been working on getting my sites together, it can't have been more than a week or so since I signed up anyways. I mean, it's not offensive, or really a pain or anything, it's just straight up stupid, and I really don't know what to think of it...

If I haven't sent any traffic yet, I haven't sent any traffic yet, and that's that. I don't really care, I just thought it was a little bit stupid.

Actually, you would be suprised how many people respond to those emails with questions that get answered and they start sending traffic

With MM affilliate partners are just that, partners! So we try to work with them anyway we can to make both them and us more money...but we do like to have fun and enjoy the ride as well... :pimp

/me shrugs. it just drew a total blank from me i guess. as far as i'm conerned the only time i want to hear from my sponsors is when they're sending me money. j/k. but if i have any questions, i'll be quick to ask them. i just don't like being pushed any. i'll start sending traffic when i feel like sending traffic. end of story. i'm busy, i have other things to do with myself than instantly sending traffic to every program i sign up for. i sign up for every program i see, i don't want an email from everyone of them asking me whats up. as far as i was concerned it was just more crap in my inbox i didn't want...

I liked the email, but I never did send them more traffic. There never seems to be enough hours in the day to send traffic to all the programs you sign up for.

Now that i've had some time to think on it, I'm pretty sure I was overreacting, but I still don't see the point in it, or really that much humour really. They might as well have been honest and said what they wanted to say "please start advertising and make us some money". In my own eyes, I would have taken them far more seriously. I mean, thats what we're all after right? Why sugarcoat it or fake any sort of interest in what I have to say? Apologees to MayorsMoney if they take this the wrong way, it just didn't really do anything for me. That being said, you should start getting some traffic soon, I put together a few Brooke Skye galleries the other day, which will be going up when my new sites go live over the next couple days...
