I wonna try new sport (if it can be called so) Yoga. But looking at this pic i can say that it seems impossible and crazy for me.

Would you recommend it ?

yoga is good for concentration....

latest researches actually show that yoga is total bullshit (or so I read) - you're better off with 40 minutes daily walk in the park

Yoga is good for health. If i had a possibility, i'd go and practice yoga: would listen to the relaxing music and burn aroma sticks. :)
