Funds2go problems

Dear Merchant,

Funds2Go card products and services are hosted at a secure banking facility in Scarborough, Ontario. Due to a major water
break in the area this past Friday, Bell Canada, as well as all other major Internet providers have lost service, which in
turn, has caused a lack of connection to our servers.

Please be advised: All Debit cards are still operating as normal, however all web banking site functionalities are
interrupted (Card Activation, load, balance inquiry, etc). Also, if you have already loaded money onto your card, the
amount loaded will automatically appear on your card balance once service has been restored.

ESTIMATED DURATION: We expect service to be back up today (Monday October 30th 2006)
EXPLANATION: Interruption of internet service,

Again, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and will notify you once service has been restored.

Thanking you,

The Funds2Go Sales Team.

Excuse me Roman, you must have me mistaken for someone else. Infact, I'm one of the owners of Funds2Go. Just to clarify the confusion here, Funds2Go is not Paymonde, both are two completely seperate companies. Paymonde uses our card products and money transfer services to payout their merchants.

I'm sure you are correct - now we know Jollyjoe is at the helm :)

Talking of Paymonde... who owns that and what is their real physical address and what jurisdiction do they operate in?

PS Same applies to Funds2Go - why can't the state their address even on their TOS?

there wont be any honest answers from them...they process from philipines, even though they are in montreal...they accept sites from everywhere in the world...now they only have visa, and they scramble to get mastercard processing. they make effort now seperate paymonde from funds2go in case paymonde goes belly up....maybe thats why paymonde sold funds2go to jollyjoe :2 cents:

As i'm sure you know, an incorporated company is made up of common shares. Knowing this, shares are issued to individuals who invest in the company. "That's called an Investor" I don't think I need to say anymore regarding your foolish comment.

Let me ask you something Roman123...Has Paymonde done anything to you in the past that would drive you to slander them as you have been doing in your most recent threads?

You say you bought the company. Means you bought 100% of outstanding shares. You also say that you are ONE OF the owners, which means you do not own 100% of shares outstanding. This = inconsistency.

I do not slander. What false things do I say about your company?

Hear ya.. Yes, traced a few of the leads (corps/addresses) down the line and they were of no substance (mailing addresses, registered agent offices etc) and covering multi-jurisdictions.

Yes Roman, Initially when the company was bought I was the sole owner, however, shares have been issued to investors since that point in time.

I personally think you have way too much time on your hands Roman and playing symantics with words is something I don't have time for.

If you have an interest to know our history and how we came to be, you can email [email protected], and I'm sure someone will be able answer all your questions.

OK.. Read enough.

Jollyjoe, one hoss that is not going to run is vague garbage from anyone who handles the funds of others. That day has gone.

Either you operate in this market in a legitimate and transparent manner or find a job elsewhere.

It may be a clue to state on your website/s exactly what your physical addresses are, what legal jurisdictions your clients are signing up under, and quit avoiding the issue by using mailing or registered agent addresses. Does your bank publish their address?? You are handling client funds, tho not even a bank. What entitles you to sign up others under terms where your address is unknown? (Admittedly Funds2Go claims to be a Nevada based corp)

It may also be a clue to explain on your website what provision has been made for protection of client funds in the event of corporate problems with Fund2Go/Paymode et al blah.

An additional clue may to clarify on your website exactly what the situation is with card companies and answer the obvious question about cross-border transactions - plus any another other card company relationship info you may care to offer that is relevant from a client perspective.

The adult industry has seen the demise of more than enough corps offering transaction processing and left with debts owing by those corps - this industry does not need more problems from "processors".

There are about 70 companies with your address (186 U.S. Oval, Plattsburgh, NY 12903) if you search google. Do you have an office there or a registered agent?

Thank you for the brief comment in answer to the issues raised in the post in particular the physical operating addresses of Funds2Go. One address is not a functioning office for Funds2Go.

It is unfortunate that as the President of Funds2Go Inc, you appear unable of unwilling to take the opportunity to sell the features of your company and clarify obvious issues webmasters may have. This clearly speaks volumes - and leaves an aura of non-transparency which is not in the interests of any company engaged in the handling of monies belonging to others.

Lance69 11-01-2006 01:51 PM
