I only own 2 original painting, 1 it's Pierre Lussier, mom's cousin and artwork's at mom's and the other is at Brent's house but it's pretty wicked, like a pig humping a bat in a pink floyd type of scenery. Don't remember the aritst name right now but I know it's written on there ;-)

Anyways what type of art do you like, any pics of current paintings on your walls

corvette 10-24-2006 08:58 PM

yea, i was kidding, i love that one...i had a tattered print of that on my dorm wall 10 years ago, could never figure out what that flying thing was, maybe a goosehead, thats whats tricky about non-representational art, the artists can be sneaky

Are you not interested in prints?

Are you talking new as in orginal fresh stuff.

Or new as in different from what you were doing.

I don't pretend to be a big art buff.

I have always just bought prints of paintings I liked.

I have never searched for anything orginal where I have the real deal the only one.

Good luck. It sounds interesting.

you would be surprised, if you look around you could find nice ones, 36 * 48 or around that size, for $200, the same amount as it would take to get a print framed

Love Sex 10-24-2006 09:36 PM

What is your price range?

shekinah 10-24-2006 09:38 PM

Was the title of the painting.. Plato's Eternity? Think I saw that before..

I can see myself doing something like that if I found something I like around that price.

But in all honesty I don't see myself spending much more then that.

It's not that I don't appreciate it. I just can't justify it :1orglaugh

After looking through them I have to agree.

The sea scrapes are the best.

I have never cared for water colors or pictures of wildlife.

Although that "kissing dolphins" one would be a great gift for a girlfriend.
