I need someone full time from 8:00am to 4:00pm EST monday thru Friday. Must be dependable above all else.

You must :

1. Have knowledge of C and php. Installing, writing scripts for different server setups.
2. Be VERY organized and know how to manage time.
3. Be good with graphics, make banners, etc
4. Be able to design and build GOOD galleries and sites.
5. Be very attention to detail oriented
6. Be able to configure, and completley admin Linux boxes
7. Be able to do a lot of grunt work in addition to the above.
8. Have a good understanding of this business.
9. Have common sense.

Pay : $400 cash a week to start. Produce more and make more.

If you have a drinking problem or if you get high, don't bother to reply. I need you 100% when you are working.

hey man, i'd love to work for you, but 1600 a month is a little light. I'll happily shoot you a resume, but my usual rate wo bennies is 50 an hour. now, if you throw some health ins in, i'll go to $35 an hour. just #1 or just #6 would warrant a salary of at least $60k a year.

exactly, a buddy of a good friend is a phenomenon programmer that now works in the states. If he didn't work abroad, in his country probably would never get $1600/month as a programmer.

Probably after I asked him to fix a error 5 times and he still forgets abouts it. I am open to paying someone xxx amount of dollars per week just to do server admins, another to make,build and submit galleries, etc,etc, but I really prefer someone who can do it all. I have someone now fulltime from 4:00pm until midnight. I need someone from 8:00am to 4:00pm when he is off to cover for him.

just my opinion, what's to stop him from doing that as well ?

Kevin,it's an 8hours work/day... i don't know many people that can really work straight 8hours and then do their own stuff. Of course if the guy don't have a heavy programming schedule things will be easier.

If that someone in East Europe is currently earning $100 a month and has no international cc, there's no way he can even afford a server and content to start off making money. Also, making a steady $1600 a month is better than worrying about how your galleries convert and if the sponsor shaves if that amount is so good.

8 hr work day isnt supervised. When someone's in his own home with his own comp, when Choker says make 5 galleries today, this person can well make 8 and submit 3 for himself in those 8 hours if he's efficient enough. Same with server admin, he can admin Choker's work and also get his own done in the same time. Not that I'm saying he would ;)

I really don't care if he keeps a bong by his computer all day long. BUT, most people who are drunks and get high are not dependable, PERIOD. Nothing wrong with getting high, I just will not pay someone for work they do when high are hungover. I don't have time for dumbshit. yes,my example was for a webmaster independent country. I know plenty webmasters from the called "poor" countries that make more than $10k/month. Also how someone can be considered good gallery builder if he hasn't spent money for content and paid hosting or even top listings? It's near impossible to get a serious amount of traffic if you do not have at least the first too. Although lately i really re-consider the term good gallery builder. Everything new good looking and probably good converting is being copied instantly.

choker is the only person high here. if he does find someone willing to work for those wages, even in a hut country, probably ESPECIALLY in a hut country, theyre going to suck balls and not even be worth the time he puts into hiring him and getting him up to speed. what is it you knuckleheads are always saying, you get what you pay for?
