CCBILL allows this type of shit?
 

Ok recent update, i have kimmy kim's logs that she was using aol and created 2 accounts to one of my sites for 99.99 in test mode. In english this means that a ccbill employee turned my account back into test mode because only a ccbill employee can do this, also the ccbill tech helped me out quite abit and showed me some proof it was kimmy kim via ip tracking and also looking up her previous posts on other boards using aol addresses.
Plus on top of that she made this threat earlier in this thread about doing something. I have ip logs, a public threat and 2 test signups from a ccbill employee out of the blue for no reason turning my account into test mode.
I will be dealing with patrick and jeff monday over this issue and also checking on the legality of it. If this isnt proof enough for the people here at gfy then i dont know what is. If you guys still think this cunt is usefull at all in any way, and handles business in an ethical manner, then you are fucked up. Regardless of the words i use in addressing her or the things i called her, it is highly unacceptable for an employee of a company (ccbill) to engage in activity like this.
Im not even pissed off, im actually glad she did it. Now lets see what kind of company ccbill really is and see how they deal with this bitch.

...that isn't correct. You can easily switch into test mode yourself on each account/sub-account in the admin.

That isnt illegal ofcoarse, but im sure ccbill would like to know they have an employee fucking with customers over her personal issues, and conducting her business in this manner publicly. To me it sure seems that ccbill wouldnt want that kind of bad press, but i could be wrong:)

i have the ip logs from my host and aol, the account she used to gain access to my site, i have her public threat, i have a tech support guy from ccbill that verifies that ONLY a ccbill employee can do a test signup to sites, i have a tech employee at ccbill that tells me the account was switched to test mode after was not in test mode for many months. I have more, but this is plenty. There is no explination from anyone at ccbill how this could have happend unless a ccbill employee did it. Do you not find it quiet odd that out of the several thousand sites out there that ccbill processes, that mine was picked to be fucked with? You can defend her all you want. I have solid proof it was her and I am not about to disclose that piece of proof and let kimmykim have 2 days to think up an excuse for it when i talk to both patrick and jeff and whoever else i need to speak with. I could honestly give a flying fuck if you think i am making this up. I have undeniable proof and it will be made public on monday if ccbill doesnt deal with her to my satisfaction.

Can you leave it till tuesday? It's a holiday on monday, and I'm gonna be out getting drunk.. but I'd really like to see the outcome.

Kimmykim mentioned pimpdog was selling 5 memberships per day and he didn't really matter.

I found this unprofessional to post his income on a public msg board. If I was Kimmykims boss and learned of this she would be fired on the spot.

I'm not putting myself deep in this arguement because I don't care too much, just wanted to point out how unprofessional kimmykim acted on the other thread.

you have a very valid point, one of which will be brought up with jeff and patrick. for the record, the sites are 72 hrs old and we are testing them with dif processors. wether i have 5 signups or 500 signups a day is irrelevent. Its commen sense you dont post that type of shit on a public board as a ccbill representative.

So, three days into it, with only fifteen signups, you feel that's enough to determine that CCBill has a 1:5 decline rate and take it to the boards. Then, when a representative of the company explains that 9 out of ten declines are due to customer error (entering the wrong routing number) and not having enough funds available to cover the transaction, and suggests the quality of your traffic might leave a bit to be desired, you personally attack her a number of times. Then someone, apparently an employee of CCBill, did two test transactions on your account and you feel that somehow this is not only unethical but did you great harm.

Does that about sum it up? If so, I take back my previous observation that you must be an inbred trailer park trash kid. Under the circumstances, it would seem to be an unwarranted compliment.
