Hi everyone!

Just wanted to say Hi. I'm building a site right now and I'm gonna hang around here, maybe ask for some advice once in a while. I think I got the basics of it:

1) Collect Traffic
2) ???
3) Profit!

The sites gonna be small part Blog, big part Movie Galleries Thumbs (mainstream?).

While starting up, can anyone off the top of their head think of what: I MUST do, should do or generally want to do to get a decent site/ work schedule up?

My advice would be to diversify, but not to spread yourself to thin. It is easy to get caught up making sites instead of quality sites. Many programs have the same attitude. Insead of a few quality sites they make 100 crappy ones. Remind yourself that success won't happen overnight.

Make sure you take a good look at the products you are selling. Ask the program for access to the members area. Would you join this site? Also know that not all programs are the same. Just because a program offers a higher payout does not mean you will make more money.

Don't get caught up in the "I do 1:xxx" ratio hype. Different types of traffic will perform better or worse than others and typically any conversion claim on GFY is purely for PR. Think about it: Why would you want to give up something that is doing well for you to others who would oversaturate your market? Also, many programs count your traffic differently, so I would advise you to have something on your end that counts the traffic you send to the sponsor to make sure things are on the level. You'll be surprised that some programs don't show you raw or unique hits , or even first page hits. Some only count a 'qualified' hit, which could be a second page or join page hit.

If you are planning on having any teen, Asian, solo girl or bikini content, make sure you check us out. We have high quality sites and would love for you to see for yourself. I'm trying to go for complete quality as I build a loyal following. I'm planning to hand pick my galleries daily (about 30) and have no ads on the site for the first 1-2 months, then slowly incorporate one adspace per month that isn't too noticable.

If I can grind a mage to level 60 I can grind a site to 60k.
