I requested you remove me, and you refused, instead sending me to your board and telling me to take care of the option there.

I went there and made sure both options were not checked:

Receive Email
From time to time, the administrators may want to send you email notices.

If you do not want to receive these notices, disable this option.
Receive Email from Administrators

You can allow other members to send you email messages.
Receive Email from Other Members

Today I got more of your spam. So, where is the option to get off your mailing list?
