I have been trading FRG and CCJ quite a bit over the last year, Uranium Prices have totally exploded from demand from China and india.

Most of the juniors are based and trade up here in Canada. You should visit the message boards at www.stockhouse.ca where there is a ton of discussion around uranium stocks. BTW, CCJ is CCO on the TSX exchange.
If you like base and precious metals investing, have a look at the TSX Venture (TSX-V) exchange as it's like the wild west of stock investing. Stocks move +/- 10% in on most days. I do consulting for small cap public mining companies and sometimes get paid partially with shares so I like to stay involved in the metals sector. |
Mad Money with LegendaryLars!!! *footnotes and all

Cryptologic makes the software behind most of the online gambling/poker sites. The stupid anti-gambling bill some jackass US senator included with the port security bill causes fear for the gaming industry. I highly doubt A> people will listen B> won't adopt proxies and C> how can they regulate me transferring money to Netteller, Epassporte, etc?
So I think the fears are unwarranted, and online gambling will be here to stay. Even if it was banned, I don't think people will stop playing. Therefore, I see a bounce back. |

congrats on the profits and thanks for the tip... everyone has advise... yours' seems to work and seeing is believing...hehe so here's mine youtube just sold to google for 1.8 billion let's find out the competitors of youtube and by their stock... here is a good article that says just that and lists the competitors. :pimp Bubbles or bargains? Other media firms have also been increasing their presence in the online video market and could step up their investments even further since they have only spent a relatively small amount so far. Sony bought online video sharing site Grouper in August for just $65 million. Viacom bought iFilm last year and Atom Entertainment in August for a combined $250 million. And AOL, which like CNNMoney.com is a unit of Time Warner (Charts), has bought a slew of online video assets lately, most recently video search firm Truveo and online video advertising company Lightningcast. Terms of those deals were not disclosed but sources estimated that AOL paid about $50 million for Truveo. "There will be acquisitions from the big boys. Video needs to be a component of any serious Internet player," said Eric Chin, a partner with Bay Partners, a venture capital firm based in Cupertino, Calif. And Heavy.com's Carson said that larger media companies may wind up looking to scoop up some of the remaining online video sharing sites because they feel that it is easier to purchase an existing business than invest in building up their own. "I think some media conglomerates will make smaller acquisitions and you might see some that make some surprising moves based on the YouTube deal. Some companies are starting to realize that maybe they have to buy," he said. To be sure, YouTube, which has more than 100 million videos downloaded a day and commands nearly half the share of the online video market, was the most sought after of all the privately held video sites. It is the proverbial flavor of the month. But Yankee Group's Goodman pointed out that News Corp. paid only $590 million for MySpace last year. The Best stock money maker EVER is this.. take company 'A' failing in biz and stock price is .0001 take company 'B' does not have a stock just is very profitable and makes money. (asset) NOW, buy booth companies and put the profitable asset's from company 'B' into company 'A' WATCH the stock share's goto .05 from .0001 then you have made HUGE profits and it really works just not as simple...but doable :pimp |
One, privately held Gotuit Media, plans on differentiating itself by only posting professional content on its new broadband video service that will launch Monday.
Gotuit, which has raised $20 million in venture capital backing from Highland Capital and Atlas Ventures as well as a strategic investment from Motorola (Charts), is not a stranger to video. The company already provides video-on-demand programming to more than 1 million cable customers of Time Warner (Charts) and Adelphia in six markets. (Time Warner also owns CNNMoney.com) Patrick Donovan, vice president of product management for Gotuit Media, said that he thinks there is room for healthy competition. |

Lars, did you sell all your CCJ or did you take the hit?
TORONTO, Oct. 23 (Reuters) - Cameco Corp. (CCO.TO: Quote, Profile, Research) (CCJ.N: Quote, Profile, Research) said on Monday it cannot contain flooding at its Cigar Lake uranium project in Saskatchewan after a rockfall over the weekend sent water into the underground mine. As a result, Cameco, the world's biggest uranium producer, said it will allow the mine, which is under construction, to fill with water. It did not say how long it would take to repair or when production would start. |
I hope you all have been riding FRG hit 7 just now, I am selling. I also sold my CCJ before the big dump but bought back in recently
