Open it in Photoshop and turn up the brightness. Then zoom in to the crotch area. I am on a 32" LCD monitor so it may be more apparent to me than to those on smaller CRTs but she is definitely wearing panties of some sort.

theyre a sort of "mauve pink" colour like the edge of her colour
you can also see some sort of skull logo inbetween the pom-poms and what appears to be some sort of large circular belt buckle or something
