3 Days Smoke Free Motherfuckers!!!
After 23 years of smoking my ass off I quit. Im using commit lozenges and its working.. I think
From 2 packs a day to 7 lozengesa day.. not to bad. Tonight Im doing the drinky test.. about ten rum and cokes and no cigarettes. So far this commit shit is the best I ever used to quit. |
niceeee!!!! good luck and stick with it!!!!!!!!! :) i quit for 15 months, and thought i could smoke when out drinking (which was rare) but late June of this year, i picked the nasty habit up again :( im only smoking about 5 cigs a day but its 5 more than i should!!

All it takes to go back is just one ciggarette. Don't smoke that one or you will definetly go back :pimp
Congrats, keep it up
good job man, stick with it...
Congrats. I have had many failed attempts at quitting myself.
What are commit lozenges ?
Nice going Pat, smoking is a nasty assed habit. And damn you must drink alot if 10 rum and cokes only gets you buzzed
Out fucking standing !!!! keep it up!!:thumbsup

Mr. Romance |
your doing better than me, congrats and keep going!
Congrats.. this smokes for you
12 years off smokes here
Dude don't drink. I stopped smoking for 6 months and broken down a few weekends in a row now because of booze. Stay clear of booze as long as you can.
congrats, and good luck!
Grats and keep it up, best thing you will ever do :thumbsup
I've been quits for over a year now - I had to completely dry up for 30 days to accomplish it.
No drinking, nothing. I didn't even leave my house. It only takes 72 hours to get over the physical adiction, and 30 days to change the habit - which the lozenges can not do for you. You have to do that by forcing yourself to not indulge in the former habit. Good luck, I swear to god I appreciate being smoke free almost every single day. Best damn thing I ever did for myself, without a doubt! |
keep us updated
I hear the 3 month mark is the tough one |
good luck and keep it up :)
congrats!! keep on going this way!!
Congratulations man! I know how hard that is.
I quit smoking in between every ciggy, but aside from that it seems nearly impossible. Keep up the good work :thumbsup |
Keep it up.... I'm into my 7th month now!!!
never smoked, but I chewed for years and I quit cold turkey. It's hard, but like most things or addictions, it's 90% mental... a head game. stay strong!
Drinky test is the most hard one. Good luck yo you!
Good luck with it. Make it 3 days without any nicotine at all and you should be OK, if you're really determined. It takes a month or more for the cravings to go away but the first 72 hours are the worst.
good job!
:thumbsup Congrats
congrats
