Ok not drama yet but i need some of your advices first!
If customers comes to me and order content,i delivered him all together with 2257 documents,and i send him an invoice and licence....
And we have deal to pay me in 2 days when he load his epass...
Is that deal considered done?
And what is he comes back tomorrow and say he dont want the deal....
Is that a scam or what?
I mean,he has all content,licence,docs,invoice.... and then say he just dont want it...
Please advice me....

Fuck man... You got scammed... You're way to trusting.. I was shocked when you let me have access to the content before I had finalized paying you... I'm glad our deal was a good one though and the content is good...

Get the money first, or at the very least at the same time, especially when you don't personally know whom you are dealing with.

The worst fucking thing is that i know that man for more then a year and i gave him super fucking good deal couse i watched him as a friend!
But what he did is not nice and not normal,and i don't give a fuck for money or order now,but it's princip!
I was more then good to him and he fuck me like this!No way!

I would guess it depends on the wording of your licence.

If you havnt already then a simple one line in the licence saying to the effect that you retain ownership until full payment has been made - that should cover you in the future.

That is bullshit.

We have made deals in the past and yu have always come through on yur end and I have always come through on my end.

If someone makes a deal then backs out you should out them. Let everyone know that they do not follow throught on their committements.

Thats not cool. If he genuinely doesnt want them and doesnt use them then its just a slap in the face and a waste of your time, however if he does the sneaky and uses them then thats a shit thing to do to someone youve known and worked with previously.

My advice would be to see if he does use them anywhere and then out him.

dude i said i would pay you, wtf? epass locked my account because a guy i gave a gift account to sent a payment to a guy who recieved a payment from a guy who sent gift account to a guy who recieved a payment from a scammer and my epass was locked!!

This really sux big time!
I done many orders from Lykos and he always were good for me!
Even few times waited me for cash,i hope this scammers show up soon and solve the problem!
