I wonder if they sold because Jenna and her Hubby split up. Sure would make it a good time to sell.

Match.com did something like a $100 mill in 05 and I think about $200 mill in 06 with lot's of room to grow. Aff is still growing. Dude when it comes to porn I like to think inside the box if you know what I mean. The majority of the value of club jenna is the the jenna jameson product lines. As jenna ages the value of jenna jameson product lines will decrease.

Video production ? That goes hand in hand with the jenna jameson brand. I would bet of all the video production that they do the jenna jameson videos account for the majority of the revenue.

Websites ? Look at the current club jenna girls websites. Do you think they will get more popular with time (tera patrick, brianna banks, etc are past their prime or at peaking at best)? The future of the pornsite subscription model doesn't look good as more and more free porn keeps coming online. Conversion ratios are on a steady decline and don't appear to improving any time soon.

Pay per view ? Read the SEC report. PPV revenues are dropping. VOD is becoming more popular but it's less profitable. Why pay $8.95 to watch a ppv movie when you can buy $2.50 worth of VOD time to whack off to your favourite part.

Club jenna merchandising ? Are you serious. Nickels and dimes at best.

Also I have friends that actually hung out and spoke with them not as fans but as peers and I was told Jay ran the show. Also if she was the brains why sell , just pay him off and continue on. When you look at the big picture and the growth of her company thats not alot of money also considering its not all upfront.
