I'm Filipino and I've always wondered what "MERON" and "WALA" meant in terms of cockfighting. I see those shown at the cockfighting SULDATA shows on cable tv. I don't watch much cockfighting on TV (or anywhere else for that matter) but when I do I see that Meron/Wala signs.
