I had nightmares about places like that when I was a kid.. My younger brother fell over the edge, and my mum and dad didn't care.. that freaked me out! lolz

We travelled a similar road with my family on our trip to Bolivia when i was a kid... the truck driver had mad skills indeed.

Seems similar to the roads in the Virgin Islands... except over there, its all uphill and downhill.
When you're going downhill, forget braking, no use to it cause the roads are too steep. All you can do is honk your horn so as to warn the people driving upwards to move to the side |

I was surprised when I went to HK where they had one lane roads but there's turn outs where the vehicle going the other way can park while waiting for the other vehicle to pass. Takes a lot of cooperation and discipline to pull it off.
