It's total art man. Trust me, I'm from California, I know these things. When I look at this picture, I get a sense of freedom from the opression of societal norms and a feeling of pride for women who who do not have to be ashamed to show the beauty that is the female form and therefore gladly spread and flap their beaver lips in the wind like freedom flags.
