Who is GFY's biggest scammer/fraud?

The company 12clicks works for and owns a tiny part of has probably stolen the most money from affiliates in total. They've owned at least a dozen of those fly by night ppc programs that start by paying about 30% of their affiliates (board personalities and American webmasters), and then shut down all together. They just change domains and designs and start over again. His company is basically the reason no one in adult trusts the PPC model.

A funny thread would be to ask people to try to name all of the pay per click programs that Standard Internet has opened and shut down.

Of course he doesn't. All he has the "balls" to do is throw around childish insults and post laughing faces after them, as if he thinks the laughing faces will trick people into thinking he's funny.

I'm fairly certain we are the only perclick adult company to pay its webmasters in full before shutting it down. We gave over a months head's up.
Probably the reason my only detractors are former thieves (with new usernames) and weak future competition.

Or, do you want everyone to forget about who ripped them off and then had to leave the adult business when the scamming got to bad? Probably 95% of the people on this board have no idea the company you work for was behind scams like rawlikesushi.com and blindclicks.com. The list goes on.

Oh, and by the way, in order to pay webmasters before shutting down you have to have been paying them in the first place. Even the ones outside the US, for programs in which they were allowed. I know you guys tend to forget that.

Who is right, who is wrong, Who did what to whom and when seems to be the norm in this industry. I learn something new all the time.

But 12clicks did give up his seat in a limo for me once, so not sure about all the business stuff, but that was a gentlemen's move nonetheless.

All these people busting balls here have 0 clue.

I used 12clicks programs back in the day, & always got my checks....

i was friends with his employees....no one had anything but good things to say about em, even out of the office/at a strip club, or just out having dinner

How hard is it for people like you to understand? Are you simple or just willfully ignorant?

He paid friends, big American accounts, other affiliate programs, and people he knew to be board personalities. He didn't pay small time guys and mid size accounts from outside the US.

I laugh every time I read someone post "he paid me so that means he's a great guy". That's just like when people say "he bought me a drink at a convention, he's legit".

12clicks has been around a long time - if you are so certain that he doesn't operate a legitimate business (which I feel he does) then do a simple search of threads and see what dirt you can pull up on him as proof of your claims.

I talk to many webmasters as well and they only have good things to say about him.

12clicks is the biggest scammer of all, everybody over here who's been around for more than 3 years knows that.

I'm still waiting for my check from him.

Do a search on GFY and you'll find tons of examples, not only about missing checks/payments but also about spyware shit.

RawLikeSushi and Ron have both made me sick and throw up at times, but overall I love the guy!

At a time he could have put himself in the middle of a deal generating 50 - 60k per month net, net net - he just said "here, call these guys!" and didn't take a fuckin' dime for hooking it up!

As far as i know personally, in almost 10 years working the adult web - this cock smoker is STRAIGHT UP when it comes to his biz ... and don't take no shit from scammers and thieves!

I been paid by Ron with is old programs in the past and never lost any money.

I can name a few i lost money with or who got caught and proven guilty but as per Ron he's a great guy in my book over all and I miss his bear hugs:winkwink:

12clicks paid everyone who didn't cheat him, period. There were numerous posts about it on PC back in the day and they were always very funny. It would start with some asshat claiming he was ripped off and end with that same guy being put down with proof. Same thing Lensman had to do all the time.

12clicks and the boys who work with him made a lot and I mean a LOT of affiliates very very weathly in mainstram and adult. I would love to see those days return. I know I cashed more than a few of 12click's checks and use that money to pay for my $100,000 per month bandwidth bill and still have enough left over to play :)

Tranza, I've told you in countless threads, once you learn your mother's address, we'll see about paying you but I'm not mailing a 4th check for 23 bucks to a south American address that doesn't exist.

What a coincidence that every time scamming is mentioned on any adult webmaster board, 12clicks/standard internet are always the number 1 topic of discussion. Even 3+ years after they had to run away from adult.

I guess that's because 12clicks is so "tough on scammers", so everyone who reminds people of his scamming must be a scammer. Just like how George Bush is so "tough on terror" that anyone who opposes him must be a "terrorist sympathizer".

The day 12click's programs are mentioned on a message board and there aren't at least 2-3 reputable people asking for their 3 year old checks, I'll agree that 12clicks didn't rip anyone off. Of course you'll probably have to thaw out my long dead body when that happens, because people are never going to forget one of the worst scamming companies in the history of this business.

Being in Canada and all, I'd say I qualify as a non-american foreigner. 12clicks is known to take shots at Canada and Canadians but I can honestly say with 100% certainty that any cheques I had coming tome from any of his programs I've premoted has been paid to me in full.

I've been in this business since early '98 and have come to know that it is always those who couldn't follow his rules to the letter that come on here complaining he "fucked them over". Scammers themselves hate 12clicks.

How about this, I've been working in this industry for 6 years now, you can ask ANY sponsor accross the board what they think of me if you doubt my integrity.

I used to run search boxes for Mojosearch (not sure if that was the name, but it was 12clicks's). 3 months after I hit the minimum payment, and I was still sending them traffic, I hadn't received my check yet. I e-mailed them and they said thy were going to send the check. A month later I still haven't received the check and I e-mailed them again and they told me something looked fishy with my home address so they hadn't sent the check. I told them everything was correct, so they told me they were going to send the check. One month after that I e-mailed them again and they told me they didn't want my traffic no more since I was trying to scam them for multiples checks.

I never got 1 single cent of at least 6 months worth of SE trafic. That was the first time someone fucked me over in this industry.

I found GFY and posted a thread asking around and pretty much all the response I got was that 12clicks was a scammer and he never paid webmasters, specially if they didn't live in the US since it was easier for him to get away with it.

He IS a fucking scammer, and HE knows it.

I made big $ back in the day off the old 12 clicks programs. You whinny idiots fail to realize that you needed traffic to make $. The only ones who did not get checks were the scammers, of which there are plenty.
