Just in case you never beleived it to be true.. here is proof.
Buying real schoolgirl uniforms is apparently hard - you have to get them on the black/grey market. Armed with google, my girlfriend came up with a tiny shop, and lo and behold.. . school uniforms (ranging in cost depending on how prestigious the school is) - and the gold - used panties, with a polaroid of the contributing girl..
