I have never met Ramos. From the contact I have had with him and what I observe from afar I've been disappointed.

Well, I have had a couple conversations with him and from what I can tell he is quite personable, doesn't get all fucked up drunk acting a fool, and has a background that gives me the impression that he must have something on the ball. In other words, pretty intelligent.
