So I know this guy who meets this 23 year old women at a bar. At the end of the night she decides she's going home with him. Halfway to the dudes place she tells him she's married. To make the story short, they end up sleeping with each other. Also both parties are extremely DRUNK.

Is the guy guilty for sleeping with a married women? Or is the women more guilty because she's the married one? Since both parties were drunk is that a good excuse?

Speaking for the person that is faced with the decision to sleep with a married person or not, I disagree with your reasoning. Why? Because it's not about saving the marriages of others, it's about having some self-respect of your own.
