I've seen some three letter domains go for over 100k, but those high prices are usually reserved for like MTV and chit. It really all depends on the buyer and their intent with the domain. V29 isn't exactly the easiest thing to market around imo, so your looking at the lower ends of the rungs, probably between $500 and $3,000.

I'll repeat, why don't you explain to us what makes it worth something. Give us a ballpark estimate of what you think is it's value and how you arrived at that number.

Its a 3 letter domain.....

Its one letter and two numbers. I'm not baggin on the domain, I know its got some value, I'm just curious from his standpoint what he thinks its worth. I've known a few speculators over the years who have bought up these 3 character letter/number domains in bulk. They all seem to have a difficult time ever unloading any of them at their asking prices and basically just hope that some company has a specific interest in one of them.

I wasn't trying to be a smartass but it comes down to what someone is willing to pay. For example, I have an autographed baseball signed by the entire 1954 NY Giants baseball team. It was given to my Aunt who was in the Hospital back in 1955 by one of the players who was on the team that was a family friend. I have no plans of actually selling it but if I wanted to I would try and find someone who was either a Giants fan or a Willy Mays fan because it would be more valuable to them than a regualar baseball fan.

Not worth much at all. Quick google search didn't turn up any decent results for v29, and it was registered (or drop-caught) 3 days ago. I wouldn't pay 50 bucks personally.

What about V28.com ??

Because V69.com is not for sale and I bought V29.com for an investment only.

Hey guys I started this thread for some help with regard to what you think V29.com is worth because honestly I really don?t know what the resale value would be but I would be have guessed between $500 - $1000

Well obviously you saw something in it to go ahead and invest in it, I am just curious what you saw in it? I have no problem with you placing a value on it between 500 and $1000. Did you arrive at that simply because its 3 characters or does it have some meaning we are all unaware of?
