After a month of waiting I finally get my laptop package today...
 

And guess what?

the package is completely empty!

and the store I bought it from is closed now... so I have to wait until tomorrow to give them a call...

and remember that fedex was holding my package for 1 month...

I fucking HATE this shit, nothing pisses me off more than bullshit like this and I swear I am ready to fucking snap...

the laptop box is there... Asus W5F, but there is no laptop inside.

the laptop I bought was pre-modified by the company (they specialize in modding laptops), so of course it was removed from the box and worked on.

now I don't know if the company "forgot" to put the laptop back in the box, or if some people in the fedex customs office had a very nice time with what was in the package... or god knows what else could have happened

They sent you and empty box to return a unit in no doubt. Matters not that you didn't get one to begin with.

I buy often from the Us and have no problem ...

I bought eight of those and they arrived in less then 10 days on the cheap UPS standard service...

I just called Fedex to inquire on how much they weighed the package at

and they said that it was weighed at 10.0lbs at the Fedex station.

which means that the laptop was there whenever they received the package.

I have no idea what the fuck to do at this point...

Unfortunately it was my grandfather who signed with the package, as nobody else was home... How is he supposed to know what the package is and what it should weigh...

you guys should also know that I am in Los Angeles at the moment and all this is happening 2500 miles away from where I am

File a complain with FedEx asap... and then wait for 5-6 months.

I had a computer monitor shipped to my place before X-mas. Fedex just left it in front of my house, didnt ask for a signature or anything.

Of course, I had this big ass box with an image of a computer monitor on it sitting in the cold infront of my place.

When I got home, it was frozen and useless.


I filed a complaint with Fedex and they've been giving me the runaround for the past 4 months now
