also comes with software to send the emails out but i'm not 100% sure if the software works so there's no garantee on the software.

all the emails are from various sites. some are even from yahoo and msn groups!

list is mainly targetted to gambling, porn, dating and adult (anything over 18!)

Seriously.. That means they submited there email to receive a "newsletter/email" about that subject.

So, if you want to prove your list. "Optin" Post the persons "Ip" Date they opted in and for what Target. Just post 1% of them in this thread.

as i have said once before, i can't prove it to you guys here (where not face to face) but when a surfer clicks on "yes please send me third party emails" etc etc or "send this to a friend" etc.. then its not spamming but opt-in!
