seems strange they are all up in google's grill and banning peoples serps for simply "linking" to people who "might" be infringing , but when someone converts and sells the video right in the open and is recommended on gfy , and nothing happens. How come several gfy'ers had their serp's removed but guba's serp's remain ? and gfy's serp's remain .

Since we havent heard any word yet , i'm guessing this is ok with xpays ? They must have paid a fee to xpays or have some right to display the video i'm assuming..

That's my usual mix of blog/search engine/freesite traffic. For comparison purposes, my traffic to Cybernet Entertainment (now Kink.com) converts at about 1:1200, and the worst sponsor I'll tolerate and keep sending traffic to converts at about 1:2000. GUBA is reliably my best conversion rate.

Retention is very good -- GUBA advertises an average of five months, but I think my results have been a bit better than that. (Gut sense only, I don't have the stats to prove it.) But, without a doubt, GUBA has the best rebills of any sponsor I've dealt with.

Guba has been one of my best converters for almost a year now, however, I think Guba's days are numbered. Having that rep show up here trying to police their usenet feed is a fucking joke. They pulled the Adult splash image from the main entrance and have bowed to Visa, thus yanking the best converting binaries groups. I'm gonna ride them out for as long as possible but just by looking at the leaderboard, and my stats, I can see their numbers being down half of last year based on affiliate sales, IMO. Coming in here with advertising and shit.. well.. they screwed themselves. Not like it was any big secret, just think they got cocky... was bound to happen.

unfortunately, that's the way DMCA goes.. the content provider has to do the policing.. and the DMCA policy has to be acted upon by websites like Guba.. "in a reasonable period of time'.. as DMCA says.
