100% Soy. If I was to drink dairy milk it would be whole milk... but I am lactose intolerant as well. Although IMO Soy tastes 100x better then regular milk.

1% is the only kind I can drink. Skim is disgusting, and Whole Milk is too...well......whole.

over here we have 0,3%, 1,5% and 3,5% - i prefer 1,5%, that 0,3% stuff tastes like shit and the other one is too fat.
