So I Was Arrested For Public Nudity Again!!!
 

I am not sure if all of you remember or not but a couple years ago I was arrested for public nudity because of some pictures the police found on my website! It ended up going world wide and helped me get noticed as one of the web girl?s lol. Now as great as the coverage was it was a pain in the ass also. So from that day forward I have made sure here in the Bible belt Lincoln, Nebraska to follow the laws and rules as stupid as they might be. It?s of course hard at times because the police follow me around attending all my public events but until now everything has been fine. I guess they decided the latex I used to cover my boobs at my last event was not good enough and they came to my home around noon today. I was able to read the police report and it said something like the color I chose to cover myself with was too close to my skin color now I know this is crap. I have read all the city laws and what I was doing is not against the law at all. I am sure they just decided to try and bust me. Anyways I have included my ticket becasue I am sure a ton of you won't even believe this could happen and a picture from that night so you can be the judge and let me know what you think. Sounds like the community you live in has some standards you don't like. It's kind of too bad though, because they get to make the rules.

Sort of like I think i should be able to punch people in the face that annoy me, yet the community seems to disagree and thus I can't punch people. :(

Well I am not letting it stop me I wasn't doing anything wrong and I have another promotion out there again tonight. I am sure they will be there to give me another ticket but I don't care I am not going to let them push me around. I had my boobs covered then and I will again tonight. This time I am taking video of it all so then there is no confusion in court that they were covered. Melissa

Why does it have to be so black and white with you people, always. Either someone's completely right (they agree with you) or they're "angry, never get laid, jealous" etc etc. It's kind of ridiculous, really.

No this is different I have the paperwork with the laws right in front of me and what I was doing met or exceeded what the law says so it was more the fact that they don't like what I am doing. This of course gives them no right to make up the rules or laws as they go. I will fight it! Melissa

Well, if you feel you've been wronged, then aboslutely fight it. I'm not saying you shouldn't. That's what the courts are for, to make these sorts of judgment.

What I am saying though, is if you're living in the bible belt, pushing the limits of the law to it's letter, then don't be too surprised when this kind of thing happens. :2 cents:

No they were just picking on me because they hate that I run an adult site here in Lincoln, NE. They follow me to every event I host and stay all night hoping to catch me doing something wrong. I would think even in Lincoln, NE there are real criminals I mean I read about them in the paper but I guess trying to bust me is more important Again I am in no violation of any city or state laws on this one. No that was the one from before it was 2 years ago! That case is closed and done with. This is a whole new thing but the local police never forgot about losing that one and have always been out to get since then. Melissa

They came that night and tried to give the bar a ticket and I told them the bar was doing nothing wrong and that I had mine covered the same way and had covered the other girls in the contest. They asked to see my boobs lol so I showed them the one cop said yea they are covered and they left. This was on Saturday now today (Wed) at noon I have a knock on the door and it's the police. I guess in the few days they had to think it over they decided to give me a ticket. The whole thing seems really sketchy to me but what do I know? Melissa

Therehahaha8217;s your problem - Lincoln Nebraska. I hate that fucking state! I was traveling across it once and was in a pack of cars. The fucking state trooper pulls me out of the middle of that pack of cars to give me a ticket for going faster than I was. When I was in his car it said it clocked me going 6 miles over the speed limit, when I was ticketed for going 11 over. When I confronted the pig on the difference in speed, he said that the speed I seen on the radar detector was from something else and that their air pigs got me. I looked in the sky and there wasn't even a bird to be seen for miles on a blue clear day. Nebraska pigs suck donkey balls!

It sounds more like the District or County Attorneys office is after you. The good news is that you can fight it and actually use the testimony of the officers that were there that night and ok'd you AGAINST the prosecution. No worries sweetie, your attorneys should have no problem getting the charges dropped :winkwink: .

I think its time to move. Why would you want to stay in a place where police follow you around. That would totally weird me out.
