1 - What is the model's payout for surfers that come from your network that pay per minute?

2 - What is the payout as an affiliate if I want to put a link on her free site? Gunner said something about the ability to "double-dip".

3 - Do her members get any free access to other web cam shows?

4 - Do my models have the ability to charge per mintue for one-on-one shows? And if so, what % do you take?

wiresix.com - windows media encoder set up, very sweet. contact ryan, we just switched to it and are impressed with it. if you have a nice camera, even HD, you can set that up as the webcam, and it will automatically record it so at the end besides doing a crazy quality webcam show, you also have a new video to show members who missed the show. you can knock out two birds with one stone.

Yep, you should definitely put a link on her site saying "non-members watch my cam here!" or something similar. We offer 20% revshare or a sliding scale PPS program (minimum $50 per sale).

No, sorry.

She gets 30% for all the work she does in our system. And yes, she can set a different price for the one-to-one cams than the one-to-many cams. The one-to-one cams will NOT be available for her members to watch, only the one-to-many cams will show up in her site's members area for her members to watch for free.

I was kinda thinking the same thing. That seems kinda cheap. It seems that my models are making them money and it should be them making my models money.

Um, yes. 30% goes to the model, 20% to the affiliate, the rest to operating costs and other expenses.

In return for that, she gets to use a top quality 24 hour cam system with gobs of traffic and steady members AND she gets to offer free webcams to her site members whenever she pleases. She doesn't have to pay for a streaming cam server or other expensive equipment or bandwidth. Remember, her members are using our bandwidth, software, and otherwise service without being charged by us at all.

First off ... bandwidth is so cheap these days, that shouldn't really be all that much of an issue.

Second ... what about the one on one shows? Only 30%? There are pretty much no expenses at all. There is only one person watching. 30% is not going to sit well with my girls

The model can select 1.99 - 4.99 per minute, they will get 35%

the only thing here is that typicall when a member enters a nude chat they want the model to do what they want... if there are a lot of people and standard model chatting stuff an outrageous price may not work and the model would have to go lower to keep members in the chat. We may even make the minimum for this .99 per minute.

The sale is also pitched to the member differently, they are informed that it is a live nude performance / group chat

A lot of the decision will come down to what the primary use of the system chosen will be. Do you want a higher payout for per-minute based shows? Or do you want a high-end member area solution?

the way that we work with our featured models is that they get 30% of the cut. the webmaster cut is 20%. so thats a 50% cut of gross on your traffic.

the bigger cut to look at is the 30% cut for being the top model on that site.

take a look at how much traffic www.cams.com gets on its own

and then think about the fact that doesnt count a single one of the cobrand sites that www.streamray.com has. cobrands that your models will be on also. cobrands on every major paysite and freesite

well, most girls will set a time to be on cam...say 5-10pm, that is 5 hours

her members are who are going to be first and foremost private customers

if she is booked solid from her members alone for private shows, then it doesn't make a difference if she is on the splash page of cams.com, she is still booked...and I know of Nikki, and I know she will be booked

so, why take your 30%, when she can go to camz.com and make 50%?
plus, with camz.com she gets to add the complete camz.com cams system for free into her members area

There are several solutions

and for any solo girl, the choice NEEDS to be a high end members solution

cams.com is a GREAT way for affiliates or small time web girls to make cash, but when it comes down to have a members area added into the picture, cams.com just doesn't cut it
