Win $1,000 - Logo Design Contest - Win $1,000
 

We need a logo for a new site that we are launching "OnlyCuties" and there is $1,000 up for grabs for the winning logo. The site will be an amateur teen paysite. The logo will need to be clear when reduced to a watermark size and placed on a photo.

Competition starts now and closes midnight PST on Thursday 2nd of February. Payment will be made by paypal or epassporte.

The $1,000 prize will be paid to the winning logo only if we choose to use that logo and payment will transfer copyright of the logo to SapphicCash. The winner will be required to provide the source files for the logo. If there is no $1,000 winner, $500 will be paid for the best logo.

Winner will be announced on Friday 3rd of February.

We are not necessarily looking for the traditional hearts and flower teen concept, so feel free to be different. Entries should be posted in this thread.

Any preference on size, color scheme, content, etc?

Is there a website link to view for ideas?

Size needs to be scalable, from small corner of a photo as a watermark up to a logo at the top of the page.

No preference on colour scheme.

No content, should be graphic and text elements only.

Small version is more readable when shrunk as vector. Sample below was shrunk as rastor only.

Keep in mind that the design needs to be used as a watermark. Go to our website www.sapphicerotica.com and click on some tour photos to understand how we utilise our watermarks.

I was thinking the same thing as pixieboy when I browsed through the sapphicerotica tour. There's no logo watermark in there, only the name in text.

It gives you an indication of the proportion of watermark to picture that we are looking for and the clarity of design required in the logo to have it still readable when used as a watermark. Obviously, a logo will be a bit bigger, but we are not looking at it being a major feature on the picture. So, this needs to be kept in mind when designing the logo. Does that help?

Ditto...that's all I could find as well - text-only copyright notices.

Scaleable and colors can be changed...dropshadows & bevel f/x added to suit. URL can be removed for watermark (anything below 6pt txt when shrunk in vector will be unreadable) or simply add .com text to watermark.
