He Is Finally here (my new horse)
 

After waiting 2 months, (one month for the previous owner to get him ready, one month in quarantine) He arrived 1 hour ago!!!
My new Friesian Stallion!!! Man is he awsome!!

This was the first time I have seen him in person, I bought him from looking at his pictures and had him imported from the Netherlands.

He is big. About 18.5 hands?

He is 16.1 hands, He was a candidate at the 2004 stallion show and was awared ster at the show. He is a Ster Stallion meaning he has perfect confirmation and temperment and represents the friesian breed.
He is trained in level2 dressage, driving and jumping

If he is 16.1 hands, then the guy walking with him is really small.

I'm not into horseback riding but he sure is beautiful.

He is measured at the top of his wither, friesians have very long, thick necks, they look much taller then they are when they hold their head up.

that is more of a show horse than for just riding around on.

Yes he is a show horse. Show horse price also!!!
He is 4 yrs old so will get alot thicker as he gets older.
But I am going to use him for dressage and breeding. I will be offering him for breeding this season.

I was looking at his shoulder compared to the mans shoulder.

My thourghbred was 17.2, and looks about the same size.
